Characteristics of CNC shipbuilding parts

Cutting processing

It includes flame cutting, plasma cutting, and laser cutting. Flame cutting is used for the blank cutting of thick steel plates; plasma cutting is suitable for various metals and has a good cutting effect on thin plates; laser cutting has high precision and a small heat-affected zone, and is used for parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements

Milling processing

It includes plane milling, contour milling, and surface milling. Plane milling ensures the flatness of the installation surface; contour milling is used to process parts with complex shapes; surface milling is applied to parts with curved surfaces such as propellers to improve the performance of the ship

Drilling processing

It includes ordinary drilling, deep hole drilling, and precision drilling. Ordinary drilling is used for the installation and positioning of connecting parts; deep hole drilling is used for the installation of components such as transmission shafts; precision drilling meets the requirements of high-precision holes for key components.

Other processing

It includes grinding (plane grinding, external cylindrical grinding, internal cylindrical grinding) and pipe bending processing. Grinding improves the precision and surface quality of parts; pipe bending processing is used for manufacturing the pipeline system of the ship
